Painting with contrast colours.   Leave a comment

My first go with contrast paints to get some ruffians table ready. Not too bad and definitely quick. Also painted Elfhelm foot and mounted using old style paints and washes.

Have started on the grey company and ruffian leaders now. I think they will need some more work with various techniques to do them justice though. Just the basic effects with the contrast paints does not seem enough.

This year we played games such as wacky races, skulls and roses, gambler dice and hat trick. Lots of fun. Bruce hosted and I think he even won his own prize ! Mike, Alex, Hannah, Phil and DARRYL played.
